Minnesotans are known for having a good hunker-down-for-the-winter game. We don’t hibernate. We make space for creativity. One need only take a drive up to Northern Minnesota to see signs for everything from blacksmithing to Anishinaabe birch basket making, from stained glass to Scandinavian folk art. Minnesotans know that even when the winters hit, the art continues.

is a two-time recipient of the Many Voices Fellowship at the Playwrights’ Center. He produced and wrote for UNALIENABLE, a virtual monologue project highlighting the experiences of Americans of Asian descent during the COVID-19 pandemic. He is also the DG Regional Rep for Minneapolis/St. Paul, MN.
