1What was your most memorable theatrical experience as a child?

I vaguely remember seeing a production of Hansel & Gretel and relating more to the witch than the two kids. (She wore a fabulous costume, thus my loyalty.)

was born in Guadalajara, Mexico, and raised in Albuquerque/Dallas. He’s a two-time recipient of the Kennedy Center Latinx Playwriting Award, is published by Dramatists Play Service, and is an alum of the Soho Rep Writer/ Director Lab, Ars Nova Play Group, the Berkeley Rep Ground Floor, and Juilliard.
