The Rejection Carnival

It began with a post on social media. DG member Max Vernon suggested that the membership come together as a community to celebrate and support each other in the midst of rejection season. DG’s Executive Director of Creative Affairs, Tina Fallon, loved the idea, and, with the help of Vernon, along with NYC Regional Rep Winter Miller, turned a tweet into a reality.

On a sunny spring Saturday, this past May, DG members gathered at Erv’s on Beekman, a bar in Brooklyn, to eat cotton candy, play rejection bingo, and more!
