Mike Lew: Why I Joined the Guild
Recently, the newly formed New Media Committee (NMC) of the Dramatists Guild Council asked DG members if and how they were moving their dramatic works online accurately in response to theaters being shut down in the face of the COVID-19 pandemic. To date, more than 400 members have responded; more than three-quarters of those respondents report having put work online in some form. We’re still digging through the specifics of these responses to see what we can learn and how we can best put this information to use, but we thank you wholeheartedly for your feedback. Please keep it coming.
