I took a huge step a year ago. I left a job I passionately loved for another passion I loved as much, if not more. For 30 years I’d worked with playwrights either through teaching at NYU, teaching at the Kennedy Center every summer, advocating for writers in an on-line blog or being the Executive Director of Creative Affairs for the Dramatists Guild.
