We’re all carrying grief with us. And it feels like we’ve experienced decades of grief in the span of a few years. As artists, as humans, we have to feel it, talk about it, and learn from it. We have to learn how to exist beside it.
Grief takes a lot out of you, but there are tools you can use to cope with it, navigate it. One of those tools is familiarity—with your own grief and with others’.
