Dramatists Diary – Winter 2023
What was an early, memorable theatrical experience?
Watching The Wiz for the first time when I was in kindergarten. It blew my mind. I didn’t even know that there was a Wizard of Oz, so when I finally watched it years later, I thought it was quite boring.
What’s something you wish someone told you when you began your career?
Don’t give more of yourself to theatre than theatre will give to you.
