Over the last five years, the city has changed dramatically and finding spaces and places to workshop, rehearse and perform has become difficult and expensive. The old factories and industrial smelting warehouses have become scarce in Dallas. The days of underground performance installations in abandoned buildings and immersive theatre works in site-specific locations have almost disappeared.
