Art was the Healing
Continuous line drawing of hand writing with a pen on paper

I

believe that the only thing art truly asks us to do, and often, is to change.

At the end of each play, each production, we must move on. To give fully in heart, mind, and body to the next story waiting to be told.

I grieve the end of an intense process with collaborators; the cohort of MFA playwrights that graduate each year; the intensity that theatre gives you in connecting with others as we often make family and friends in a short amount of time.
