On a recent trip to Albuquerque, I saw the touring production of Bless Me, Ultima, a condensed adaptation of the classic New Mexico novel by Rudolfo Anaya that chronicles the childhood of a boy growing up with the guidance of a faith healer, a curandera, who gets unfairly accused of being a witch.
