For Inactive or Dropped Members

reinstate 
membership

This form is only for dropped members who have not paid their dues in 12 months or more. 

This form is not for current or new members. If you were once a member of the Guild and have not paid your dues in over a year and wish to be an active member again, please fill out the form below. There is no need to reapply for membership.

However, we do require you to resubmit supporting materials. You will receive an email after we process your reinstatement request proving you your member number, dues amount and a link to pay your dues.

Annual Dues

$130 UNITED STATES .  $140 CANADA .  $150 INTERNATIONAL

Monthly plans are available.

Returning members have had a production performed in front of a paying audience OR a script or score published by a recognizable/known publishing/licensing house.

Career Level Requirements

Please submit a program, poster, a review link or a link to the published work. A clear photo of the published work is acceptable.

 

Associate

 

Annual Dues

$90 US  .  $100 CANADA .  $110 INTERNATIONAL

Monthly plans are available.

Returning members have written a completed script or score.

Career Level Requirements

Please submit the completed script with your name on the cover page or a program from a reading or workshop. A program is preferred.

 

Student Discount

 

50% OfF 

Students can apply for any level they choose and receive a 50% discount on dues for the duration of their education.

Supporting Materials: Active students must meet the above requirements for their respective level, submit proof of active student status AND submit the appropriate member level supporting materials. Students must provide a graduation date in the form under the “Additional Information” text box.

Returning executors that manage a body of work for an estate.

Career Level Requirements

To join as an estate, please provide a notarized letter with the following information:

  • Permission to act on behalf of the individual or the estate
  • Name of an individual for all mailing (postal mail and email)
  • Preferred mailing address for all paper communications
  • Contact information (i.e. telephone and email)
