Founded in 1981 at Boston University by Nobel Laureate Derek Walcott, Boston Playwrights’ Theatre (BPT) is an award-winning professional theatre dedicated to new works. Wheelock Family Theatre at Boston University creates inter-generational and multicultural productions that provide a shared experience for the whole family. Est. 2011. Fresh Ink Theatre provides an avenue for the development of new work on the Boston small theatre scene in a collaborative, playwright-centered manner.
