Est. 2000. Original Works Publishing (OWP) is a publishing and licensing house for stage plays. OWP is known as the home for bold, innovative, original new plays. We do not publish adaptations, translations, musicals, or works for young audiences. OWP publishes trade acting editions as well as ebooks of all stage plays in our catalog. The only exception is our eTens department which is solely published in eBook form. Production licensing is done on a case by case basis in an effort to meet each producing entity's unique situation and budget.

We publish plays for young actors and audiences. Particular needs include flexible to large cast One-Act (30-35 minutes) comedies for high school and middle school actors, adaptations, and plays and playwrights that reflect diversity (bilingual scripts welcome!). K-Squared Entertainment (K2) combines the talents of independent film writer/producer Kate Atkinson and Emmy-award winning writer/producer Karen Harris.
