The Sol Project: A National Theater Initiative Amplifying the Voices of Latinx Playwrights in American Theater. The Sol Project’s artistic collective is composed of: Adriana Gaviria, Rebecca Martínez, David Mendizábal, Jacob Padrón, Julian Ramirez, and Laurie Woolery. Every month (mostly), we pick a featured playwright whose work we love. Rhymes Over Beat’s Resident Artist Program (RAP) is a three year residency, accepting one Resident Artist each year. The ROB Resident Artist will work closely with the Collective team members on the development of their work. The artist will be included as a ROB Collective Member during the three years. There is no submission fee, and no out of pocket expenses associated with the participation of this program.
