American Theater Group PlayLab

This is the application for ATG's new PlayLab, dedicated to providing a professional and supportive environment in which BIPOC and LGBTQ+ playwrights, as well as more oft-heard voices, can be heard and supported. The group will meet once every two weeks for 10 sessions during the Fall, Spring and Summer via Zoom and in person. Attendance at meetings is required. From the applicants, 8-10 playwrights will be chosen to participate in this new play development lab. There is no restriction on style or genre of playwriting that the applicants use. There is also no guarantee that acceptance into this PlayLab will result in any public readings or productions by ATG.
