We are dedicated to reaching out to the community and to producing quality theater at affordable prices, utilizing established professionals and fostering young artists as they emerge into the theatrical mainstream, with a particular emphasis on providing more opportunities for women in theater.

The Apothetae is a company dedicated to the production of works that explore and illuminate the, "Disabled Experience." To do this we focus on newly commissioned plays by both established and up and coming playwrights, and material that already exist in the theatrical canon featuring characters with disabilities or dealing with disabled themes: Oedipus, Richard III, The Elephant Man, etc. By making visible the human impact of disabled people throughout history, we believe empathy can be practiced, perceptions changed and new communities forged through the collaborative and transformative...

Spellbound Theatre is New York's award-winning theatre for very young children. We bring original theatre, storytelling and puppetry performances and workshops to schools, libraries, and performance venues in New York and across the country.

Our mission is to present exceptional theatre performance and to offer theater training and education rooted in an urban Indigenous performance practice. We entertain and challenge our audiences and create an environment where the Indigenous, women’s and arts communities can come together to examine and discuss their cultural, social and political concerns.

Root Beer Occasion Theatre Company LLC is a Brooklyn-based company determined to create real theatre experiences despite any and all obstacles; to reject snobbishness and empty art in favor of honesty, truth, and vulnerability; and to foster sustainable theatre that is both affordable and accessible.
