The DLDF Committee of the Dramatists Guild has recently unveiled a new document: “Rights and Resources for Dramatists in the Age of ICE.” To access the guide, please click here.

From the committee:

As an extension of the Dramatists Guild’s mission to protect the economic, legal, and creative interests of professional writers in the American theatre, the Dramatists Legal Defense Fund (DLDF) committee was created to advocate on behalf of all writers who are confronting censorship and other threats to their first amendment rights. We’re proud to introduce “Rights and Resources for Dramatists in the Age of ICE”, a newly compiled guide for those currently navigating violations to their civil rights, regardless of their citizenship and/or immigrant status. Included are links to information about our Constitutional rights, how to find legal help, and how to access support.  For more information and/or to contact the DLDF, please email info@thedldf.org or call 866-236-6842.

And if you are an attorney or are aware of any legal service group that would offer pro bono or discounted representation, please allow us to include them in our national legal services directory.
