The Actors Fund, a national human services organization here to meet the needs of our entertainment community with a unique understanding of the challenges involved in a life in the arts, is excited to spread the word about a newly-constructed, Rent Stabilized, affordable housing property in Manhattan’s Hells’ Kitchen neighborhood at 540 W 53rd Street Apartments.
Two workshops will be held next week by The Actors Fund to help those new to Affordable Housing and interested in this lottery. These informative workshops will help applicants prepare to apply, get organized, and avoid common mistakes. Information regarding income eligibility, and other tenant selection criteria, will be covered.
