Get ready to embark on a fearless creative journey with End of Play.® starting April 1, 2024! Presented by the Dramatists Guild, this annual event celebrates the art and craft of writing for the theatre.
What is End of Play.®? End of Play.® is a month-long initiative designed to ignite the creation and completion of new stage works within just 30 days. It's not a race to the finish; it's a courageous journey undertaken by writers unafraid to immerse themselves fully in the creative process.
Since its debut in 2019, End of Play.® has brought together thousands of participants from around the globe, fostering connections and triumphs over obstacles that often hinder the birth of fresh theatrical work.
Join the Movement: Writers from every corner of the globe gather not just to set goals but to share dreams, aspirations, and the raw essence of their craft. Whether it's a full-length play or musical, two one-acts, a score, a song, or a refined draft, each endeavor is a brushstroke in the grand mural of creativity. Let your process take center stage.
