The Dramatists Guild Presents: TALKBACK Season 3 Episode 4 is now available to download! This season explores the idea of COLLABORATION, and the fourth episode investigates collaborating with disabled artists.
In this episode, host Christine Toy Johnson is joined by Roundabout Theatre Company's Literary Manager Anna Morton and Audience Services Director Sarah Hom, as well as Nicholas Viselli, the Artistic Director of Theater Breaking Through Barriers. The guests discuss the importance of re-envisioning the canon in ways that create more intentionally inclusive programming, how to center the work of artists with disabilities within the theatre community, how the pandemic impacted theatrical opportunities for disabled impacts, and more.
