SAVE THE DATE! We will be conducting SIX Regional Town Halls across the country in January 2021, and we would love to have you join us.
As a national advocacy organization, the only way that we can truly direct our work in the right direction is to listen to those who are living in the vast array of theatrical communities that make up the American theatre. It is then necessary to discover how we can communicate what we have learned to those weighing in on important decisions, figuring out solutions to ongoing issues, developing new resources, and building new avenues of engagement and participation that might help give us momentum to make impactful and long-lasting change for theatre writers.
To that end, we are going to be hosting six Regional Town Halls across the country on the following dates (please see below). We want to hear from you, the members, about your thoughts, ideas, and desires for the coming year.
Northeast Region: Sunday, January 17 at 11am EST
Middle Region: Sunday, January 10 at 6pm CST
Southern Region: Sunday, January 10 at 5pm EST
Southern California Region: Saturday, January 9 at 11am PST
Western Region: Tuesday, January 12 at 3pm PST
New York City Region: Date TBA
These dates for the Regional Town Halls are subject to change, pending availability. You will receive an invitation to register for these Town Halls on December 30 .

We've been building up the programming and opportunities in our regional communities; we wanted to take a moment to update our membership on what that current structure looks like for Regional Programs: what they do, who is involved, and how you might be able to participate on a local level.
In short, our regional outreach is currently comprised of the following programs:
- Regional Council
- Regional Affairs Committee
- Regional Rep Program
- Ambassador Program
- Affiliates Program
