#ENOUGH: Plays to End Gun Violence empowers teens to confront gun violence by creating new works of theatre that will ignite critical conversations and inspire meaningful action, emboldening America’s playwrights of tomorrow to discover and develop their voices today. Through Nov 1, #ENOUGH is accepting 10-minute play submissions addressing the issue of gun violence from writers in 6-12 grade. Young writers who submit a play may be among those selected to receive $500, be published by Playscripts, receive memberships and craft training from The Dramatists Guild and have their plays produced in a nationwide reading on April 20, 2022 - the 23-year remembrance of Columbine. The goal: to have a truly nationwide conversation by getting submissions and readings in all 50 states.
