Don't miss your chance to apply for rent-stabilized, moderate and middle-income apartments in Brooklyn and the Bronx. 

These elegant, waterfront buildings provide housing security, including the right to renew your lease, and abundant top-notch amenities such as an outdoor terrace kitchen area with spectacular views, a fitness center with a yoga room, a co-working space with meeting rooms, and more. (Please note that additional fees may apply for some amenities.) All buildings are conveniently located in vibrant neighborhoods with easy access to public transit. 

Available units are open to eligible households with a combined annual income between $51,840-$167,570.



In addition, two more residences in Brooklyn will soon be opening up their lotteries to eligible households with income ranging from $51,463-$192,400 (depending upon building AMI and household size).

These apartments, which offer studio, one, two, and three bedroom units, are also rent-stabilized, waterfront properties with spectacular views and top-notch amenities.
