Susan Lambert Hatem (also credited as Susan Lambert) is a writer, producer and director originally from Decatur, GA now based in Pasadena, CA. Her company, 134 West, specializes in producing independent theatre, film and digital content. Writing projects include Confidence (and The Speech) (Eugene O'Neil semi-finalist), Hamilton Audition, The Flirt Bar musical (Orchard Project Lab), My Dinner With Andrea (Finalist, Ashland New Play Project) and Five Players in Search of a Win (Valdez Theatre Conference). 

Susan has written, produced or directed shows at Joe's Pub at the Public, Theatre Row, the Mission Playhouse, Boston Court, The Carrie Hamilton at Pasadena Playhouse, the Shakespeare League of Pasadena, the Hollywood Fringe Festival, New York Fringe Festival and the New York Musical Theatre Festival.

Susan is the co-host of 80s TV Ladies podcast and a digital marketing pioneer, having served as Director of Creative Content for Walt Disney Studios, producing over 100 digital movie campaigns for Disney movies, including Finding Nemo, Pirates of the Caribbean, The Incredibles and The Royal Tennenbaums. She developed the first Disney Pictures mobile site and holds a patent for Disney’s first online ticketing system. Before Disney, Susan was Associate Editor at Boxoffice Magazine and an indie filmmaker. She has written for Variety, Produced By magazine and Bald Mountain Books. A Clio and Key Art Award-winner, Susan holds a BA and MFA from USC’s School of Cinematic Arts.
