Born and raised in New York City. He is a graduate of The William Esper Studio and a longtime member of the award-winning LAByrinth theatre company and The Actors Studio Playwright-Director Unit. His plays have been presented in San Diego, Chicago, New York, Los Angeles and Rochester.  He is two time best short play award winner at The Downtown Urban Theatre Arts Festival, "Tours of Duty" & "Between a Hotdog and a Hard Place", a two-time Metlife Foundation "Nuestro Voces" Playwrighting finalist "Midnight Mass" & "In Da Boogie Down", a Eugene O'Neil Theatre Conference and Princess Grace Playwrighting Foundation semifinalist for "Frederick Douglass and The Fallen Angels." He is a 2018-2019 LITCouncil Playwright of Color Resident. Most recently his first pilot script, On The Boulevard was a semifinalist for the 2020 HollyShorts Screenwriting competition, a Quarter Finalist for 2020 The Los Angeles International Screenplay awards and a finalist for the 2021 Creative World awards. His plays, "The Spirit, The Body & The Blood", "Prospect Avenue", "In Da Boogie Down" are published by Next Stage Press.

Highlights

His full-length screenplay, Los Abandonados/The Abandoned won the Best Screenplay award at the 12th Annual 2022 International Puerto Rican Heritage Film Festival.
