Born into an Air Force family, I had a unique childhood associated with the space program. We moved several times, always to launch sites or tracking stations. I gained a larger world view through these travels, and when I married and had a family, the stories swirled in my head, and onto paper. I was able to go to college while raising three children, and working in between, studying playwriting and all things theatre. I graduated from CSU Fullerton in 2000, and have been writing ever since. I also have been a professional costume designer from 2005-2018, which gave me practical experience in the world of theatre production. I've lived in Orange County and the Los Angeles area for over 40 years, and I recently relocated to Camano Island, Washington with my husband.
