Joe Thristino is a writer based in Brooklyn. Joe has written scripts of all kinds, fiction, children's tales, more ad copy than he'd like to admit, and one time a puppet show. His original play, Bringer of Doom (www.bringerofdoomtheplay.com), debuted at The Players Theatre in April 2023 and is set for its Off-Broadway premiere in July 2024. He's been a shortlisted finalist for The Ambassador Theater Group's Playwrights Prize and at The Tennessee Williams Play Festival (Best One Act, Release Note). His stage work has been performed at The American Academy of Dramatic Arts, Dixon Place, Times Square Arts Center, and the National Comedy Theater (NY), among others.
