J.Lois Diamond is a playwright, poet and performer. Her full length, one-act, and ten-minute plays have been performed at various off-off Broadway venues, including Theater for the New City, The Wild Project and The Hudson Guild.  Her work has been produced regionally and in Canada,  at The William Inge Festival,  Theatre Odyssey and The International Human Rights Art Festival. Her play Growl was accepted into The Last Frontier Theatre Conference, 2020, which has been postponed. She recently studied with Tina Howe at The Dramatists Guild Institute.  She is a member of Polaris North.  Her play  "I Feel Good!" was scheduled to be presented at The Signature Theatre as part of The Downtown Urban Arts Festival, 2020(postponed) .  jloisdiamond.com
