Frank Paiva is a writer, performer, and former NYC tour guide. They wrote about movies for MSN.com for nine years. Frank's essay "A Prince Charming for the Prom (Not Ever After, Though)" was featured in the New York Times and on WBUR's Modern Love podcast. Their work has also appeared in the Seattle Weekly, the Not for Tourists guide, and the monthly newsletter for their grandmother’s mobile home park for seniors. Their short plays have been produced at Queens Theatre, the Flea Theater, and the Williamstown Theatre Festival workshop. As a performer, Frank has appeared in plays at Theatre for a New Audience, La MaMa, HERE Arts Center, the Bushwick Starr, and the Williamstown Theatre Festival, among many others. Frank is a former Dollywood season pass holder and an advocate for eating the last slice of pizza.
