My short play Line, Please was produced by Playwrights Round Table in January 2024 and Femuscripts in February 2022.  My play Closing Time had a reading  at JIB's "Play With Your Food"  series ( 2024). Hamlet Investigations, Inc. has been produced by Thief River Falls Area Community Theater (2023), adapted into a short opera by Boston Opera Collaborative (2023), had a production at Winters Festival's Spring Fling (2022), the Bobcat Players (2020), and Emerging Artists Theatre (2019). Lizzie Borden Gets Engaged was produced by Break-a-Leg Theatre (2023) and Barrington Stage (2021) .  Mr. Lincoln Goes East, co-written with historian and novelist Kevin Baker, has had a reading at the Off-Broadway theatre Urban Stages.  My verse play, On the Greene at Runnymede: A  Magna Carta Rap in the Year of Our Lord 1215, has been airing on Premiere the Play Podcast since August 2023.  It can be heard at this link: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/dptc/episodes/On-the- Greene-at-Runnymede-by-Ellen-Abrams-e26vj93.  I Just Can't was  part of Authenticity's Festival (Atlanta),  2023.  My full-length play Eleanor and Alice: Conversations Between Two Remarkable Roosevelts was fully produced by Urban Stages, at the Stissing Center in June 2023, at the Urban Stages theatre in NYC, in April 2023, and the fall of  2022.  My full-length play  An Inconvenient Princess, about Prince Philip's very unusual mother, has been workshopped twice with Urban Stages, in 2021 and 2022.  My 20-minute play Bernie and Carlo Play Canasta received an Honorable Mention from Broadway On-Demand’s first video competition in 2021.  Liars Anonymous was produced by Barrington Stage (2022).  My full-length work, Intentions, was a semi-finalist at the O’Neill Theatre Festival (2017).  Hamlet Investigations, Inc. and Lizzie Borden Gets Engaged, have been published by Smith and Kraus, and my full-length play, Giving, was published by Next Stage Press. My play for high school students, Take a Seat, has been published by Big Dog Publishing. I am a member of the Actors Studio Playwrights and Directors Unit.
