Asher Muldoon (he/him) is a composer/lyricist, actor, and comedian based in New York. His first musical, an adaptation of Patrick McCabe's iconic novel "The Butcher Boy," premiered Off-Broadway this past summer at the Irish Repertory Theatre. His solo ghost story musical "Mine" premiered at Princeton University as part of the 2022 theater season and will be performed at the 2023 Edinburgh Fringe Festival. He also collaborates as a lyricist with composer Sammy Grob and book writer Dani Koenig, with their original musical "Wake" premiering in the Emerging Artists Theater New Works festival. As a songwriter, his work has been performed at 54 Below, Baryshnikov Arts Center, the Irish Arts Center, the NY Fringe Festival, and the Festival of New American Musicals. He has also been performing since age 9, most recently touring with the First National Tour of the Tony Award winning musical "Dear Evan Hansen." He is currently a senior at Princeton University studying English and Music Theater.
