What happened to my old username and password?
All usernames and passwords in use prior to October 2017 are no longer valid. Please remove your old username and password from your saved browser settings. If you have been an active dues paying member for the last year, please use our Find my username feature to access the site. If you recently reinstated your membership after 2 or more years of inactivity, please read below.

I just paid my paid and cannot log in.
If you paid your dues BEFORE your dues date, there should be no interruption in your ability to log into the website. If you paid your dues AFTER your dues date, we must restore your access. It takes 24 hours to update our database after a payment is made.

I recently reinstated my Guild membership and I cannot log in.
If you recently reinstated your membership after 2 or more years of inactivity, you do not have access to the website. To provide access, we must manually create an online DG Member Account. New accounts are normally created within 24-48 hours of a dues payment. Once created, members will receive an email providing them with a username and a link to set a new password. If you have not received an email from us please fill out the Request Access form.
