She is a filmmaker and TEDx speaker of “Create Your Own Yes, When You Keep Hearing No.” Originally from the Midwest, Angela earned her B.S.E. in industrial & operations engineering from the University of Michigan. Currently, she is a social media professor at Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles.

    As mindfulness becomes a buzzword in our modern world, its meaning has grown increasingly murky. Our goal is to dispel some of the big myths surrounding mindfulness and introduce a variety of techniques that will allow you to choose how to make mindfulness a part of your daily life.

    Psychology of Money explores how family, cultural, and entertainment industry attitudes contribute to how we think about and use money. This six-week group will help participants identify their financial needs and dreams, as well as design and implement a personalized plan of action to help integrate a sense of money mastery into their lives.

    Debtors Anonymous is a non-profit organization that offers hope for people whose use of unsecured debt causes problems and suffering in their lives and the lives of others. Members find relief by working the D.A. recovery program based on the Twelve-Step principles. If you identify with some or all aspects of compulsive debting, and wish to stop incurring unsecured debt, you are invited to join Debtors Anonymous on the path of recovery by attending meetings, reading D.A. literature, seeking the advice of a program sponsor, and following the Twelve Steps.
