The Dramatists Guild of America offers a mediation service to its members, under the terms of the Guild’s Mediation Agreement (see below). If two or more DG members are in dispute or in negotiation amongst themselves (whether over the terms of a collaboration agreement, or any other theater-related issue), they can make an appointment to meet with the Guild’s Executive Director. After the hearing, the Executive Director will then issue a non-binding, confidential opinion to the parties.
