Jason Robert Brown’s works have earned him three Tonys (along with an additional nomination) and six Drama Desk Awards (along with four additional nominations) in multiple categories, including Best Orchestration, Best Original Score, and Outstanding Lyrics. He is a member of the Dramatists Guild and the American Federation of Musicians Local 802 & 47.
Works include: Songs for a New World (1995), Parade (1998), The Last Five Years (2002), Urban Cowboy (2003), Wearing Someone Else’s Clothes (2005), 13 (2007), The Bridges of Madison County (2014), and Honeymoon in Vegas (2015). Upcoming: film adaptations of The Last Five Years (starring Anna Kendrick and Jeremy Jordan) and 13.
